Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order, provided that the order has not been paid or processed. I. North America
•United States: No special delivery restrictions; process in accordance with regular procedures.
•Canada: Bulk orders are not accepted. Each order can include a maximum of 2 Lucky Spoons or 2 Lucky Drawers. The recipient must provide a complete full name; abbreviations, first name only, or last name only are not allowed. In addition, only one order per week is accepted for the same recipient. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to use the name of a company, warehouse, hotel, restaurant, or any other commercial institution as the recipient, and recipient names containing terms such as "Inc.", "LTD", or "Corporation" are also not accepted.
•Mexico: No special delivery restrictions; process in accordance with regular procedures.

•France🇫🇷, United Kingdom🇬🇧, Germany🇩🇪, Italy🇮🇹, Spain🇪🇸, Netherlands🇳🇱, Belgium🇧🇪, Austria🇦🇹, Czech Republic🇨🇿, Romania🇷🇴, Slovakia🇸🇰, Hungary🇭🇺, Norway🇳🇴, Luxembourg🇱🇺, Cyprus🇨🇾, Bulgaria🇧🇬, Croatia🇭🇷: No special delivery restrictions; process in accordance with regular procedures.
•Sweden🇸🇪, Denmark🇩🇰, Finland🇫🇮, Estonia🇪🇪, Latvia🇱🇻, Lithuania🇱🇹: Some carriers only provide delivery services via pick-up points (pick-up locations or lockers). Recipients must provide accurate and complete contact information to avoid delivery failure.
•Poland🇵🇱: Packstation address delivery is only supported in the four cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, and Krakow.
•Portugal🇵🇹: PO BOX addresses are not accepted as recipient addresses.
•Greece🇬🇷: PO BOX addresses are not accepted as recipient addresses.
•Switzerland🇨🇭: If the total value of parcels received by the recipient in a single day exceeds 62 Swiss Francs (CHF), the customs will charge the recipient additional Value Added Tax (VAT) and duties.

•Singapore🇸🇬, Malaysia🇲🇾, the Philippines🇵🇭, Thailand🇹🇭, Vietnam🇻🇳: No special delivery restrictions; process in accordance with regular procedures.
•South Korea🇰🇷: Bulk orders are not accepted. Each order can include a maximum of 1 Lucky Spoon or 1 Lucky Drawer. The recipient's name, address, and all other delivery information must be filled in Korean. In addition, the South Korean customs currently requires the recipient's ID number and Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), which must be completely consistent with the name, phone number, and delivery address filed with the customs (the format of the clearance code is P + 12 digits, for example: P123456789012). Please fill in this information in the order notes when placing an order.
•Japan🇯🇵: Only parcels for personal use are accepted, and the recipient's address must not be a commercial facility such as a company, warehouse, restaurant, or hotel. If the customs determines that the recipient's address is a commercial address, all losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to fill in the recipient's name and address in Japanese, which is convenient for filling in delivery information and helps local delivery personnel deliver accurately. Please be sure to provide an accurate recipient address, a valid contact phone number, and a valid Short Address. The format of the Short Address is 4 letters + 4 numbers, for example: RAGI2929.
