This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the official Three Peppercorns independent website, covering all cross-border shipments Lucky Scoops Mystery boxes and related products worldwide. By placing an order with Three Peppercorns, you acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to all terms outlined below. 

1. Processing & Shipping Time

Order processing and shipping times are separate and do not include weekends, Chinese national holidays (e.g., Spring Festival, National Day), or international holidays. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as cross-border shipping is subject to factors beyond our control.

• Order Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and logistics details.

2. Shipping Address Requirements

Once your parcel has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. - If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please email us immediately, and we will attempt to make corrections prior to dispatch. - Please ensure your address is accurate and complete, ideally a location that can be found on Google Maps. For apartment deliveries, include your floor and room number. If delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete address information, or because the courier cannot access the property, you must contact the local courier directly to resolve the issue. We will assist you in communicating with the courier whenever possible. If the parcel is returned to the logistics warehouse due to an address-related issue, we can help arrange a reshipment within the same city only. All reshipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Responsibilities

As a cross-border seller, Three Peppercorns is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country/region’s customs authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the customs office or courier upon delivery.

• You are responsible for researching and understanding your local import laws, tax rates, and restrictions for stationery products and blind boxes. We will not falsify customs declarations (e.g., underreporting the order value, misclassifying products) to avoid customs fees; such requests will be refused.

• If you refuse to pay customs fees or the order is seized/rejected by customs due to non-compliance with local import regulations, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund (for product or shipping fees) will be provided. Three Peppercorns is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from customs issues.

• Customs clearance time varies by destination and is beyond our control; delays caused by customs inspection do not constitute a shipping error or breach of our obligations.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Seller Liability Limitations

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order is shipped safely and on time, but we are not liable for delays, loss, damage, or theft caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• International logistics delays (e.g., postal strikes, weather conditions, border closures, pandemic restrictions);

• Customs inspection, seizure, or detention (due to local regulations or buyer non-compliance);

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer;

• Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or incorrect contact information;

• Loss or damage to packages during transit (we recommend selecting tracked shipping with insurance for high-value orders).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Peppercorns’ total liability for shipping-related claims (e.g., lost, damaged, delayed orders) shall not exceed the total purchase price of the order. We do not offer compensation for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of enjoyment, or missed deadlines.

6. Order Cancellation & Shipping Modifications

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds without valid reasons will not be supported. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by email before the parcel is shipped, providing a clear reason for cancellation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may approve the cancellation and issue a full refund at our discretion.

• No modifications to the shipping address, shipping method, or order contents are allowed after the order has been processed. We are not liable for orders shipped to the original address provided by you, even if it is incorrect.

7. General Provisions

• Policy Updates: Three Peppercorns reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our products after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
