This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to all orders placed on the official Three Peppercorns independent website, covering all products sold worldwide. By placing an order, completing checkout, and accepting delivery, you fully acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to all binding terms outlined below. This policy is drafted to comply with international cross-border e-commerce regulations, regional consumer protection laws, and special commercial terms for sealed random mystery box products, maximizing legal protection for the seller as permitted by applicable law.
1. Core Non-Returnable Terms (Blind Box Exclusive)
Lucky Scoops Mystery Boxes are sealed, random, non-resellable once opened collectible consumer goods. ALL returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are STRICTLY REJECTED for the following reasons, with no exceptions:
• Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or personal dissatisfaction with ordered products;
• Receiving random product styles, colors, designs, or characters not preferred (randomization is a fixed, advertised product feature);
• Minor cosmetic flaws, slight print differences, or tiny packaging imperfections that do NOT affect product functionality;
• Opened, torn, or damaged packaging by the buyer after delivery;
• Incorrect order placement by the buyer (wrong quantity, wrong variant, wrong shipping address).
NO returns, refunds, or exchanges will be approved for any delivered Mystery Boxes under any circumstances. Once the sealed packaging is damaged or opened, the product loses its original salable value, and all sales are final.
2. Only Eligible Return & Refund Scenarios
We will only review and approve return or refund requests exclusively for the following verified issues, and buyers must provide clear, unedited photo/video proof within 15 calendar days of delivery:
1. Entire order missing, severely damaged in transit, or completely broken upon delivery (unusable stationery products);
2. Wrong item shipped (not the stationery mystery box model/series listed on the product page);
3. Factory-sealed blind box is empty, missing internal contents, or has major manufacturing defects rendering items unusable;
3. Mandatory Return Process (No Compliance = No Refund)
1. Submit a formal request to our official customer service email: threepeppercorns@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your full order number, full delivery name, detailed issue description, and clear unedited proof photos/videos of the product and original packaging.
2. Wait for official Return Authorization (RA) approval, processed within 3-5 business days. DO NOT send back any package without a valid RA number; unauthorized returns will be directly refused, no refund will be issued, and we bear no responsibility for lost or discarded parcels.
3. Buyer is fully responsible for ALL return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and transit risks for returned parcels. We do not cover any cross-border return costs, and we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return shipment.
4. We will inspect all returned items within 5 business days of receipt. Only unopened, undamaged, salable eligible items will qualify for a partial refund; non-compliant returns are immediately rejected.
4. Refund Terms & Seller Liability Limitations
• Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method, within 7-14 business days after final inspection. Bank/payment gateway processing delays are not our responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, except for verified seller shipping errors or major defective product issues.
• We do NOT offer product exchanges, replacements, store credit, or cash refunds under any circumstances.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total legal liability for any order claim is limited solely to the total product purchase price of the eligible order. We disclaim all liability for indirect losses, incidental damages, or customer dissatisfaction related to random blind box contents.
5. Cross-Border & Final Legal Terms
All sales are final after delivery, except for the limited eligible scenarios listed above. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice; updated terms apply immediately to all new orders.
This policy governs all sales disputes, and no verbal promises from customer service shall override this written official policy. By completing checkout, you waive any unstated consumer rights that conflict with these binding terms, as permitted by local and international e-commerce law.
